WEEKLY FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early with a sweat towel and water bottle in hand
Classes are included with membership: Yoga, Cycle, Kettlebell, Step, Melt, Zumba, Boxing, Bootcamp & Barre.
BARREVICKY ~ Combining the strength of an athlete with the long, lean, graceful lines of a dancer. will incorporate isometric holds to align and strengthen combined with range of motion to get deep into the muscles until failure. The low impact dynamic movements energize and elevate the heart rate. Space is limited to 16 people per class, so be sure to get your name on the weekly sign-up sheet at the front desk if interested.
ETTER BODY BOOTCAMP ~ Don't miss this opportunity to participate in a GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING class! Kurt will guide you through a fun and energetic group workout that will challenge you to become a better YOU!
BODY SCULPT ~ Workouts vary between light weights and body weight resistance movements to sculpt your entire body.
CARDIO SCULPT ~ + rhythmic repetition = a great workout for the entire body. Bring a water bottle and sweat towel.
CARDIO STEP ~ Traditional step aerobics set to a little rhythm and motivating instruction! Bring a water bottle and sweat towel.
UNITY Barre - A dynamic technique designed to burn calories, build strength and stretch & lengthen muscles. Kathy will guide you through a vigorous workout in a fun and energetic environment that will elevate your heart rate and energize your body & mind.
HIIT & Stretch - Kathy’s HIIT & Stretch is a unique experience that combines all types of exercise (Cardio, Strength, Barre, Dance, etc.) designed to provide high intensity interval training to increase Endurance, Strength & Stability. The end of the class involves a stretching routine that will leave you feeling energized and relaxed! Bring a sweat towel, a water bottle and be ready to have a blast!
STEP + ZUMBA ~ Full of rhythm, dance and amazing energy... this class will get both your heart rate and body movin' to the music! Don't forget your water bottle.
CYCLE ~ All fitness levels are welcome to join this indoor spinning class for an intense cardio workout. Motivating instruction will drive you up and down those hills as you peddle to an always spectacular ! A sweat towel and giant bottle of water are a must for this workout. Limited bikes available, so show up 5 to 10 minutes early for a spot!
PURE SPIN ~ A fantastic cardio workout your body will love! Clip-in spin shoes are recommended but not required. Sweat towel and water bottle highly recommended. Limited bikes available, show up 5 to 10 minutes early for a spot!
Circuit Training ~ Following a creative and challenging circuit course, this group personal training session is the perfect opportunity to really target those extra pounds. Build lean mass and lose body fat while working out in a positive and motivating environment.
PURE SPIN + ABS ~ All the intensity of a great indoor spinning class... but with an additional ab workout included! Don't forget that sweat towel. Limited bikes available, so show up 5 to 10 minutes early for a spot!
The MELT Method ~ The MELT Method (MELT) is a simple self-treatment program that reduces chronic pain and helps you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. Louise will guide you through the MELT Method to help you develop skills that increase flexibility and balance while reducing stress and pain.
KETTLEBELL with NOEL ~ . Stronger. Better. Develop strength and flexibility. Build an amazing cardiovascular system in minimal time. Strengthen your back, and shoulders as Noel guides you through a basic Russian Style Kettlebell routine.
MI LYNN'S YOGA ~ A relaxing and energizing hour of non-traditional yoga with a touch of Barre and Pilates to recharge both your mind and body! Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
W.O.W AT FIT FOR LIFE ~ Not your mother's spin class. Clip in shoes recommended but not required for this high intensity, sweat filled workout. You will enjoy this crossover workout that combines the use of hand-weights that compliment and intensify the cycle class. Weights On Wheels will provide a workout like no other. Space is limited.
TOTAL BODY STRENGTH ~ An intense full body session that includes a variety of weights, lots of repetition... reaching every part of your body! Show up a few minutes early with a sweat towel and water bottle.
ZUMBA ~ Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That's exactly what the Zumba program is all about. It's an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness class that's moving millions of people toward joy and health!

BOXING TRAINING with STACEY ~ Interested in learning how to box? New students must receive an introductory training session from Stacey prior to joining the class. Please contact Stacey via Fit For Life for more information. All levels welcome and students will be responsible for bringing hand-wraps and boxing gloves.
$5.00 Drop-In fee required per class. ($15.00 Non-Member drop-in fee)
